Additionally, the APPG agreed to:

n

– Continue pushing the UK Government to pledge a generous amount to the upcoming Global Fund replenishment campaign.

n

– Increase the membership of the APPG to develop new TB champions across Parliament

n

– Release a report in advance of the 2023 UNHLM

n

– Push for a debate to discuss the 2023 UNHLM

nn

Finally, the APPG heard from Clare Symonds, RESULTS UK’s Senior Policy Advocacy Officer, who discussed a report she has authored which looked at the Global Fund’s response to the ongoing war in Ukraine.
